About the event

Description

This play is be set in a 24h convenience store. In this store, part-time workers, shop manager and obnoxious clients will present their feelings of enervation. They look as if they have quitted to feel the anger, despair or desperation, in the middle of society whose future is looking bleaker and bleaker. Music is of J.S. Bach,“The Well-Tempered Clavier”.

Over the characteristic embellishments of Baroque music, the performers will correspond with speech and movements as if they’ve cramped (in other words, stuttering or repetition of little movements may be used).  This performance is intended to exhibit the dependency of a performance on music, even more radically than “Hot Pepper, Air-Conditioner, and the Farewell Speech”.
