Located in Tokyo’s Shinjuku Ward, Yamabuki Factory is a free space measuring about 130 square meters. It is a venue where people can learn, play, and come together for full “creation.” There are no pillars blocking the space, which has white walls and light grey flooring. The walls are faced with large mirrors, and the room is also soundproofed. Yamabuki Factory can be used for parties and as a studio for motion video distribution as well as for rehearsal/practice and workshops. We additionally coordinate plans for distribution in step with programs.
PUNTO PRECOG is a free space that opened in the city of Beppu, Oita Prefecture in 2012. It serves as a restaurant where chefs prepare special cuisine for a limited term, a studio for production of works by artists, and a venue for exhibitions as well as fairs for sales of secondhand books. As a center for creators of all generations and nationalities, it draws people who are engaged in “monozukuri” creation and production. While the site is open irregularly, we are always looking for partners who will bring in new projects and expand the horizons of PUNTO PRECOG.
